For the Swiss-based global private equity firm’s new London premises, Westbury FM managed the entire fit-out process, from design to installation, with JEB Acoustic Partitions playing a critical role in achieving both aesthetic and functional excellence. The result is a workspace that not only looks stunning but also promotes productivity, privacy, and sustainability. The facility ultimately achieved a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating, making it one of the most sustainable buildings in the City.
Key Design Features:
- A folding double-glazed acoustic wall for the kitchen, providing flexibility and sound control.
- High-performance acoustic meeting rooms and boardroom, ensuring privacy and minimizing noise distractions.
- Soundproof phone booths for confidential calls, creating dedicated quiet spaces for employees.
- Panelled joinery pocket doors, allowing spaces to be closed off for special functions, adding a touch of sophistication and functionality.
- Panelled joinery automatic doors providing private dining areas for the client, enhancing the overall user experience.
Westbury FM was entrusted with managing the entire project, having previously delivered successful projects for this client. The project commenced in December 2023, with a completion deadline of April 2024. The fit-out was delivered on time and to the highest standards, earning recognition for its exceptional design, superior acoustics, and premium craftsmanship.
