Terms and Conditions

Delivery Information​

1. Order, Price & Payment 
  • Prices shown exclude delivery as stated at checkout. Delivery costs at check-out are an estimate only and are dependent on confirmation of your address.  
  • Payment is due upon order confirmation. Orders are accepted when JEB sends an order confirmation email. Title to the Goods remain with JEB until full payment is received.  

2. Delivery Availability & Times 
  • Standard delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on business days.
  • Buyer will be notified of a delivery date and a time window.
  • Buyer must notify JEB of any requested change at least 2 working days before scheduled delivery; otherwise rescheduling or redelivery fees may apply. 
 
3. Delivery Charges & Additional Fees 

Standard delivery fees apply for addresses accessible by truck or lift without special handling. Remote area surcharges apply for outlying islands and other locations requiring special transport (e.g., Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island). Stair access, narrow access, manual carry, additional manpower, bulky item handling and other restricted access fees apply where relevant.

4. Risk, Title & Refusal of Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to Buyer when Goods are unloaded at or made available at the delivery address. Title and ownership remains with JEB until full payment. If delivery is unsafe or impractical, JEB may refuse delivery; additional fees for redelivery or special handling may apply.  

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery address, access instructions and any building/estate requirements. Ensure safe, unobstructed access and someone is present to receive Goods within the delivery window. Failed deliveries due to inaccessibility or incorrect information may incur redelivery and storage charges. JEB is not responsible for moving or disposing of existing furniture.  

6. JEB Delivery Responsibilities

Deliver Goods to the agreed delivery location. Assembly will be provided. Seller will exercise reasonable care during delivery and handling.  


7. Inspection, Reporting & Time Limits

Buyer must inspect Goods at delivery. Visible damage, defects, missing parts or wrong items must be reported to the JEB team immediately and by email to orders@mail.jebgroup.com . Seller within 48 hours with photos. Failure to report within these times may limit remedies.  

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
  • Cancellation prior to dispatch: full refund to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation after dispatch: may incur return shipping and restocking fees.
  • Change-of-mind returns: accepted within 14 days of delivery only if Goods are unused, undamaged and in original packaging; Buyer bears return transport costs.  
  • Defective Goods: where Goods are defective, JEB will at its option repair, replace or refund after inspection. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of agreement to refund.  

9. Warranty & Statutory Rights

Goods include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects under normal use, subject to exclusions (misuse, improper installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, environmental damage). These T&Cs do not exclude or limit Buyer’s statutory rights under Hong Kong law (including remedies for goods not of acceptable quality or unfit for purpose). For any warranty claims, Buyer must provide a copy of their invoice showing date of purchase.   

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEB’s liability for direct loss arising from the Goods is limited to the purchase price paid. JEB is not liable for indirect, consequential losses, loss of profit or business interruption, except for personal injury or death caused by JEB’s negligence or as required by law.  

11. Force Majeure

JEB is not liable for delay or nonperformance due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, public health restrictions, transport disruptions).  

12. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal data collected for order fulfilment, delivery and after sales will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and Seller’s Privacy Policy. By ordering, Buyer consents to such use.  

13. Changes to Terms

JEB may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of purchase or delivery governs the order.  

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.  

15. Contact & Claims Procedure

For delivery queries, reporting damage, returns or warranty claims: please email to orders@mail.jebgroup.com . Provide order number, photos (where applicable) and a brief description. Seller will acknowledge within 3 business days. 


In case of dispute, JEB Group reserves the right of final decision.
