JEB Group Secures ‘Best Dressed Team’ Honors at JLL Greater China Urban Relay 2026, Supporting Housing Equity   

[HONG KONG – 20 January 2026] — Championing local social impact alongside industrial design creativity, JEB Group successfully competed in the annual Urban Relay charity event hosted by JLL Greater China. The athletic fundraiser brought together prominent corporate teams from across Hong Kong’s real estate, property management, and design sectors to raise critical funding for regional housing initiatives. 

In addition to showcasing strong corporate teamwork on the track, JEB Group’s delegation was officially awarded the “Best Dressed Team” accolade. The award recognizes the company’s unique integration of its design-centric brand identity into the community sports event, standing out among a competitive field of corporate participants. 

Running to Build Better Foundations for Families in Need 

The Urban Relay serves as a core philanthropic platform for the corporate real estate industry, channeling corporate wellness into structured charity support. All funds raised from the multi-company relay race are directly donated to Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong. 

The non-profit organization deploys these funds across two primary housing pillars: 

• Local Substandard Housing Relief: Driving interior renovations, critical safety upgrades, and sanitation fixes for low-income families, isolated elderly residents, and marginalized communities living in substandard conditions across Hong Kong. 
• Global Shelter Development: Funding international architectural teams to construct safe, sustainable, and permanent homes for families displaced by poverty or natural disasters overseas. 

Celebrating On-Track Synergy and Corporate Spirit 

JEB Group’s athletic representation demonstrated exceptional team alignment throughout the fast-paced relay segments. The specialized corporate running squad featured prominent regional team members, including Jenifer McCombie, Julian Wong, Chelsy Wong, and Natalie Ng, who were highly commended for their energy and shared commitment to the charitable cause.
