Circular Design in Action: JEB’s SOS Transforms Over 60 Salvaged Tabletops for FIND Design Fair Asia 2025 

[SINGAPORE, 16 September 2025] — From concept to creation in just four weeks, JEB’s Sustainable Office Solutions (SOS) team successfully upcycled 68 unwanted worktops into 34 sleek, fully circular display panels for Singapore’s premier design event. 

JEB Group’s third consecutive year at FIND – Design Fair Asia 2025 was our most impactful yet. This year, the spotlight was entirely on circularity, demonstrated through a rapid-turnaround upcycling project led by JEB’s Sustainable Office Solutions (SOS) division. 

Approached with the challenge of diverting office waste from landfills, the SOS team successfully transformed and repurposed 68 old, unwanted tabletops into 34 sleek, high-end display panels utilized throughout the exhibition. 

From Trash to Treasure: High-Speed Sustainable Innovation 

The journey from raw waste to premium exhibition assets highlights the agility and creative engineering of the JEB team. Moving from an initial 15-minute alignment call to conceptual sketches, material mock-ups, and final delivery, the entire transformation was completed within a tight four-week window. 

To create the display panels, our design team seamlessly engineered a process that combined pairs of salvaged worktops. Prioritizing strict circular design principles, the final assemblies introduced only 100% recyclable metal elements. This ensured that the secondary life cycle of the materials remained entirely sustainable, leaving zero room for non-recyclable components.
