Teamwork can influence an employee's growth, productivity, and innovation which has an overall impact on the company's performance.
Employee’s growth: A study conducted by the University of Ghana analyzed the impact of teamwork on organizational performance from a teaching hospital and a government hospital. Results show that 96.7% of the respondents agreed that teamwork allows employees to broaden their knowledge and skills, enabling an improvement on their own work performance. The overall results of the study showed that teamwork had a positive effect on organizational performance.
