Your Role

• Manage the relationships between all project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and outcomes.
• Manage the individual teams within the project life cycle to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved
• Ensure the site is set up to local HK safety standards and a clean and safe environment clear of any hazards to workers
• Ensure that all works are done in accordance with the drawing packages or superiors instructions
• Determine and manage risks that may affect the project in anyway, particularly schedule, budget or quality
• Effectively communicate to your superiors daily progress of the site through a written report or verbal if superior deems appropriate
• Keep photographic record of daily works

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in coordinating with design/ project management teams and contractors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in coordinate with the clients, internal departments and other site parties
• Hard working, well-organized, detail-oriented and report appropriately
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
