Job Requirements

  •  Follow the Global Marketing Strategy to plan to develop and locally drive relevant marketing & PR plans and campaigns across Hong Kong  with view to expanding brand awareness and generating leads
  • Oversee and manage the implementation and execution of the marketing plan in agreement with Head of Marketing and GM
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image/brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
  • Coordinate and manage with Head of Marketing on the entire marketing spectrum for Hong kong , including the company’s local content channels, digital, community engagement, advertising new product launch, events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure relevant content, copy quality and consistency throughout all material and channels
  • Responsible for achieving the marketing objectives for designated products and brands within Hong Kong
  • Continually review changes to the local market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. Report trends and updates to Head of Marketing
  • Adapt tools and materials to enable the local sales team to function effectively
  • Coordinate with HK on regular training for marketing materials & insight stories.
  • Communicate with internal teams in Hong Kong to understand the market, BU need and how to  proactively market and support them
  • Work with Head Office marketing and GM to manage the local marketing budget and report back in quarterly reports
  • Manage and measure marketing campaign costs and ROI
  • Plan and coordinate local, multiple yearly in house events combined with marketing campaigns & exhibitions as needed
  • Negotiate, liaise and manage local media agencies and consultants and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials and content creation.
  • Monitor competitor products, services and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and manage ( with Digital and Ecomm Executive)  the local website and content for Hong Kong
  • Coordinate local photoshoots and videos as needed
  • Handle and manage PR and media enquiries to ensure maximum brand and industry exposure
  • Work with Head of Marketing  on internal marketing strategies that align with the brand vision
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects.

 

 

 

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years’ marketing experience inclusive of online and offline channels
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in copy/creative writing
  • Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
  • Proactive and confident to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to suggest improvements and embrace change
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple language and time zones.
  • Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every Project.
