Provide full range of administrative support to Sales / Project department including but not limited to Budget Price Checking, Sales Order & Purchase Order Handling.
Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers for smooth project running
Filing of job cases
Prepare regular inventory report
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leader
What You Should Have
Knowledge in Microsoft Office package
Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English.
Ability to work independently, willing to learn and work under pressure.
Responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented
A good team player with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Immediate available preferred

*Appointment will be made on a 6 months contract, renewable/ transfer to a full time contract subject to performance and company needs.
