Sales Administrative Assistant (6 month contract) (Hong Kong - JEB Greater China Limited)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role

  • Provide full range of administrative support to Sales / Project department including but not limited to Budget Price Checking, Sales Order & Purchase Order Handling.

  • Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers for smooth project running

  • Filing of job cases

  • Prepare regular inventory report

  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leader

 

What You Should Have

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office package

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English.

  • Ability to work independently, willing to learn and work under pressure.

  • Responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • A good team player with good problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Immediate available preferred 

  • Fresh graduates will be considered

*Appointment will be made on a 6 months contract, renewable/ transfer to a full time contract subject to performance and company needs.
