Sales Administrative Coordinator (Hong Kong)

Job Description

Your Role

  • Provide full range of administrative support to Sales / Project department including but not limited to Budget Price Checking, Sales Order & Purchase Order Handling.
  • Monitor shipping schedule to ensure on time delivery
  • Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers for smooth project running
  • Prepare regular inventory report
  • Sample board preparation
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties

What You Should Have

  • Experience in Sales Admin is preferred
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with less relevant experience are also welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is of advantage
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • A good team player with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
