Sales Coordinator (Hong Kong)

Job Description

Your Role

  • Coordinate with different internal parties and overseas dealers for preparing quotation and variation order, project progress follow up and delivery arrangement
  • Consolidate information of tender or quotation request
  • Communicate with suppliers for request of costing, enquiry of product information/ production lead time and price comparison
  • Prepare weekly report and quotation issue record
  • Create and deliver Quotation, Bill of Quantity, Cost sheet, Profit sheet and Variation Orders

What You Should Have

  • Higher Diploma or above with outstanding numerical reasoning ability
  • 2-3 years Sales / Project Coordination experience with high usage of Excel. Architectural and Building industry knowledge will be of advantage
  • Ability in organizing and preparing quotations from all related sub-trades
  • Proficient in PC applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
  • Detail-oriented and logical thinking is highly required
