Sales Coordinator (Hong Kong)

Job Description

Your Role

  • Coordinate with different internal parties and overseas dealers for preparing quotation and variation order, project progress follow up and delivery arrangement

  • Consolidate information of tender or quotation request

  • Communicate with suppliers for request of costing, enquiry of product information/ production lead time and price comparison

  • Prepare weekly report and quotation issue record

  • Create and deliver quotation, bill of quantity, cost sheet, profit sheet and variation orders

What You Should Have

  • High Diploma or above with outstanding numerical reasoning ability

  • Experience in Sales Coordination is preferred

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with less relevant experience are also welcome

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel usage

  • Architectural and Building industry knowledge will be of advantage

  • Good command of English & Cantonese

  • Detail-oriented and logical thinking is highly required
