Handle Sales Order processing and shipment arrangements.
Response for checking stock availability as requested by all relevant departments.
Co-ordinate with Sales Team to keep all relevant departments informed of delivery status for all confirmed orders / projects.
Co-ordinate with Suppliers, warehouses to follow up on deliveries for clients / dealers.
Issue delivery note to China/HK warehouses for stock/fabrication arrangement according to shipment plans.
Co-ordinate with freight forwarder/courier for booking, goods collection, schedule planning and monitor on-time customs clearance.
Prepare full sets of import and export document including B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of insurance and handle Customs declaration (Tradelink).
Data input, issue sales orders and insert the new order type in inventory system.
To assist in other ad-hoc assigned as required.
What You Should Have
Diploma in Logistics/Shipping
Proficient in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience in handling shipment with overseas clients
Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, careful, hardworking and independent
Immediately available is preferred
