JOB DESCRIPTION

What the Job Involves

  • Providing administrative support to team of Project Managers
  • Reviewing and preparing project cost reports and project cash flow forecasts
  • Assisting Project Managers to prepare project programs using MS Project
  • Preparing procurement schedules and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers to execute trade packages
  • Managing project invoicing
  • Managing all project documentation such as certifications, O&M manuals and project handover checklist
  • Assisting Project Managers in reviewing project scope of works

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and MS Project
