Job description

What the Job Involves

  • Managing the planning and documentation of overseas projects
  • Providing product advice to internal sales staff, distributors and installation teams
  • Coordinating the preparation of shop drawing and fabrication drawings
  • Managing and reporting on quality control of production
  • Supervising overseas projects where necessary to ensure JEB level of quality is achieved in all countries
  • Providing onsite training to distributors and their installation teams

Required Skills

  • Diploma or above in Building/Interior Design or relevant discipline
  • 4 years+ of relevant experience in residential and commercial fit-out projects
  • Sound knowledge in Buildings Department regulations
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • Knowledge in fitting-out/partition/movable wall is a plus

  • 如有需要时,到海外监察当地项目,以确保任何国家的项目均能达到JEB的标准
  • 向分销代理及安装人员提供就地培训

所需技能

  • 在建筑、室内设计或相关领域具有证书或以上资历
  • 具四年住宅及商业楼面安装项目的相关经验
  • 对国家建筑法例有充份理解
  • 具良好沟通及报告文书能力
  • 具备对隔板相关知识者获优先考虑
