Develop and implement an Event Marketing Plan to drive sales and increase market share of our brands, including product launches, networking and educational events, collaboration and sponsorships, in line with the annual marketing calendar
Ensure sales and marketing teams collaborate regularly on partnership events and activities and prioritise sharing of information between these teams
Support other regions in the execution of marketing activities
Marketing campaign creation for own events, with proactive management and timely execution of tasks
Review and assess key competitor marketing activity, as well as undertaking local and global industry benchmarking.
Compilation of marketing literature including brochures, manuals, flyers, printed materials etc.
Provide strategic support to the Head of Marketing
Understanding our sales and business goals and proposing the best solutions to achieve
Ensure copywriting adheres to the brand ‘tone of voice’ guidelines, for a variety of uses across all marketing channels and to promote the brand generally
Communicating with JEB offices and dealers within our region to ensure quality and consistency across regions.
Maintains resources & information systems: sending updates, ordering materials, and updating marketing library across regions
What You Should Have
Passion for brand storytelling and content creation
Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities
Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude
Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple languages and time zones
Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every project
Monitor market trends both within the dating category as well as outside to generate insights for new marketing strategies
Excellent organisational skills
Detail oriented, organized and managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to learn new systems and processes as new technology becomes available
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Fluency in English, written/spoken
At least 4-5 years’ marketing experience is required with background in B2B / event marketing preferred.
